Vinyl siding is an incredibly durable building material that can resist even the toughest weather conditions. Poly vinyl chloride resins, when combined with acrylic and titanium dioxide, are able to withstand denting and sun exposure, never fading or chalking.
This is because the color pigments are mixed directly into the PVC resin. Causing the color of the vinyl siding to consist throughout the material, as opposed to simply being applied to the surface. This means vinyl siding is practically maintenance-free, it never needs to be scraped or painted and will not easily scratch, rust, or crack.
