Multi-Family
— If you own rental housing (a single house or a large apartment complex) you can stretch your weatherization dollars by applying for a Business Energy Tax Credit.
— The state of Oregon offers the Business Energy Tax Credit. The tax credit is 35 percent of eligible project costs, taken over five years. For projects with an eligible cost of $20,000 or less, the tax credit may be taken in one year.
— Any business that pays Oregon income taxes is eligible for the tax credit. Oregon non-profit organizations, public entities or businesses that don’t pay state income tax may use the pass-through option to participate in the Business Energy Tax Credit program.
— Currently we are offering the following eligible measures: Replacement windows, or doors as well as attic, floor, or wall insulation.

— Oregon customers heating their homes with electricity or natural gas from Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural or Cascade Natural Gas may be eligible to participate. Washington customers heating their homes with natural gas from NW Natural may receive incentives as well.
— Window incentives are currently at $2.25 per square foot back as a rebate check!
— Windows must meet U-Value 0.30 or less. Windows must be installed together with a second energy-saving improvement. Both improvements must be installed within 120 days of each other. Please visit the ETO website for additional information www.energytrust.org
— Currently All Season is offering the following Cash Back eligible measures: Replacement windows, or doors as well as attic, floor, or wall insulation.
— Two Energy-saving measures (as determined by the Energy Trust) must be combined to receive cash back incentives through the Energy Trust of Oregon. Second improvement must meet all program specifications and requirements to qualify. For details see: www.energytrust.org
