Yesterday the crew came to install windows in my sunroom. i wanted to taker a moment to let you know just how thrilled I am with the product. first, the workman were timely, polite, respectful, and ever so clean. There wasn’t a particle of dirt of debris remaining when they left. The windows fit snugly and are clearly of high quality. What a sharp contrast to the windows that were supplied with the sunroom I contracted to have through Home Depot.
Now, I not only have windows that fit correctly and are weather tight, but that will keep my home secure. My attorney is also pleased, as the difference in the windows is so dramatic as to convince a jury, without glimmer of doubt, that I was given an inferior product at a greatly inflated price. Second, I want to thank you for professional and through presentation of the All Season Windows product you made to me and my attorney. What a difference from the quick, once through I received from Home Depot contractor. It is no wonder I received such a poor product from Home Depot! The contractor didn’t know anything about windows!!

It was a serendipitous soggy Saturday when I happened upon a display of All Season Windows in our local mall. Jeff graciously and enthusiastically explained their window products. I inquired about siding and was very impressed with the technology and appearance of both windows and their vinyl siding. When the entire presentation was given, we were delighted with the materials, appearance and decided to go ahead.
Jeff arranged for the contractors, made appointments, rearranged the processes to accommodate our schedule and was a delight to work with. The crew that arrives to remove the original siding, install windows and siding were top notch. they were very respectful, courteous, accommodating and treated my husband and I as if we were their grandparents. They took time to listen to my concerns and my husband’s stories of yesterday with sensitivity and interest in the midst of their 10-12 hour days.
The entire process has been a joy, and certainly not the headache and stress usually associated with major remodeling. Would certainly recommend All Season for any upgrades you may be considering to your own home.

We have had the windows for about 6 weeks during the tumultuous spring weather in Portland (40 degrees and blustery rain and wind one day and 74 degrees and brilliantly sunny the next) and their performance has exceeded our expectations. There are no more drafts on the cold days and our upstairs doesn’t feel like a dry sauna on the sunny days, it’s much quieter, and we taking full advantage of the fact that our windows are so easy to open/close and clean.

I’m writing to report my satisfaction with a project that All Season Windows completed for my son and daughter-in-law in June of 2010. I was initially directed to All Season by an article in the Oregonian and, after making contact by email, received a call from Jesse.
I can’t say enough about Jesse as the point person for the project: he was personable, knowledgeable, and direct, presenting our options clearly and without any pressure. He was also very helpful in explaining and following through on the tax credit rebate. In each of our dealings with Jesse, we were always under the impression that he had our best interests in mind, and the confidence he inspired had a great deal to do with why we went with the All Season rather than with another company that had come in with a slightly lower bid. In retrospect, I’m pleased that we did and am very happy with the Alside Excalibur windows that Jesse recommended.
Though I didn’t personally meet the installers, my son and daughter-in-law reported only good things about their work ethic, being very impressed that they finished installing the 11 windows in less than four hours. There was a slight glitch in that the installers inadvertently took away an alarm magnet that had been on one of the windows. We felt that All Season should cover the cost of replacement, and I’m not certain whether the issue has been fully resolved. But this was a minor mishap in the midst of an overall outstanding job on everyone’s part.
I would highly recommend All Season Windows to anyone, and would strongly encourage them to get Jesse as their lead man if at all possible.

The bay window in our small living room makes the room look much larger. The light and dimension it adds to the room are fabulous. I’ve already noticed an improvement in the sound and temperature insulation the windows provide in all three rooms.
